Using a multi-method approach, the process included competency and personality tests, followed by dynamic role-plays and leaderless group discussions. The program concluded with in-depth interviews, allowing AND – LC to provide a holistic and accurate talent database that supports PT Multi Terminal Indonesia’s long-term HR objectives.
