KB Bank recently concluded an intensive two-day Human Capital assessment, aimed at mapping and building a comprehensive database. The activity involved a series of evaluation methods, beginning with competency and personality tests to identify individual potential. Subsequently, participants’ practical abilities were tested through role-play simulations and leaderless group discussions, designed to observe team dynamics and personal initiative. This process was then reinforced with in-depth interview sessions, ensuring that the data collected is holistic and accurate to support the future development of KB Bank’s human resources.
