PT. Len Railway Systems, in partnership with AND – LC, has successfully completed a comprehensive Assessment Program to strengthen its human capital database. Guided by the AND – LC team, the process began with competency and personality profiling, followed by practical assessments such as role-play simulations and leaderless group discussions. These activities were designed to capture real-time problem-solving skills. The program concluded with in-depth interviews to ensure a holistic view of each participant, supporting the strategic growth of PT. Len Railway Systems’ workforce.
