As a form of our ongoing commitment and care for the people of Pegadaian, we recently held an inspiring general mentoring session for our employees approaching their retirement. Featuring a leading digital marketing specialist, the session held virtually via Zoom aimed to open new insights and opportunities in the digital era for the pre-retirees. Tremendous enthusiasm was evident from all participants; despite being conducted online, the session was highly interactive with numerous questions and lively discussions. This strong spirit for learning proves that age is no barrier to remaining creative and adaptive, while also affirming the companyโs full support in preparing each of its employees for a productive and meaningful retirement.
