In order to support sustainable organizational development, PT Asuransi Wahana Tata in collaboration with AND – LC held an Organization Development Program that included the preparation of job profiles as one of the initial stages. Currently, the program is entering the knowledge transfer phase, where the consultant team assists the process of understanding and applying structured job profile preparation methods.
