PT AirNav Indonesia, in collaboration with AND‑LC, is conducting a psychometric assessment as part of the Air Traffic Controller selection process. The program consists of two phases: a battery test to measure cognitive and aptitude abilities, followed by an interview to assess role suitability and behavioral competencies. Currently, the program is in the intake interview stage, where the AND‑LC consultant team works closely with user champions to validate the data and ensure the assessments align with the role’s requirements and competency standards.
