Charitas Hospital, in collaboration with AND–LC, carried out a two-day assessment for 111 employees across various units and levels. The process included competency and personality tests, role-play simulations, group discussions, and interviews.
This initiative aims to build a reliable human capital database and support future development strategies. The results will help identify key strengths, align talent with organizational needs, and reinforce Charitas Hospital’s commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.
